III. Curing Condition
1) The recommended curing condition is 60sec after
the PCB surface temperature reaches 150℃ or 90sec
after it reaches 120℃;
2) The higher of the curing temperature and longer
of the curing time, the stronger of the bonding strength.
3) Since the adhesive temperature will change with
the PCB parts size and mounting location, we recommend
to find most suitable curing condition.
IV. Usage Method
1) To ensure the quality of the SMA, please keep cold
storage in the refrigerator (5±3℃);
2) After taken out of the refrigerator, it should
be put under the room temperature for 2-3 hours before
use;
3) When the rear plug is added in the dispensing tube,
it can get more stable Dispensing volume.
4) The recommended dispensing temperature is 30-35℃.
5) When the syringe has split charging, please use
our special adhesive split charging unit for the charging
to prevent the bubble mixture into the adhesive;
6) Toluene or ethyl acetate can be used for cleaning
the syringe.
